Testing Your New Jersey Home for Radon

RAdata offers you the convenience of choosing from multiple testing methods. Our professionals will help you choose the most suitable method depending on your needs and preferences. The professionals at RAdata offer radon testing that will give you an accurate understanding of the radon levels within your New Jersey home. And our tests usually involve charcoal canisters or continuous radon monitors.

Charcoal Canister Kit

Offering radon testing for New Jersey homes and businesses, RAdata’s certified radon professionals will carefully place charcoal canister detection devices in your home that will deliver accurate and quick results. The charcoal canister test kit comprises two canisters. One canister is for conducting the test. The other ensures the quality and reliability of the results.

Charcoal canister and liquid scintillation detectors have small amounts of activated charcoal. Note that radon and various radon decay products are easily absorbed on the charcoal and then measured by counting using a sodium iodide detector. If placing the kit yourself, the kit also contains a return mailer with a prepaid address label to return your sample to the RAdata Laboratory.
