There are two types of tests, one is a Passive Test and an Active Radon Monitor. The most widely used test is a passive test as it is a reliable and accurate. One passive test covers 2,000 square feet of each foundation. The Active Radon Monitor is used to read radon levels in difficult spaces or homes. This test accounts for barometric pressure and humidity so you can see if radon levels were lowered through artificial means.

If your test results show there is radon gas present in your home, RAdata can help you remediate the issue quickly and for a low cost. Our active mitigation system, a sub-slab depressurization system, includes basic sealing of the structure to limit the amount of gas permeating into your home.
An RAdata mitigation system does not detract from your home’s appearance, it is comprised of a hose that vents radon out of the home with the help of a fan. A sub-slab depressurization system can also be installed in the crawl space of a home.
